Girls4Girls launches in Babati

Girls4Girls brings together girls from different countries and cultures to explore the challenges they have in a safe environment. The workshops build their confidence, determination and self-belief, whilst also learning about each other's culture. The UK girls also do some volunteering in the community.

By focusing on one district in Tanzania it is possible to see first hand the direct impact the work and donations of our students was having.  This was evidenced physically by having a hand in building the kitchen, painting the classrooms and constructing the market garden, but it was most obviously apparent through the testimony of the Tanzanian students, teachers and village elders who we met and who felt empowered by the LTT’s ethos.
