Recognition for LTT
LTT does not work to get recognition, we work quietly in the background getting things done, which is why when we do get recognised, we are always surprised and delighted and humbled.
In August 2022, Julian was invited to join the Babati Town Council, where in front of the Chairman of the Babati Council, the Town Director, the Chair and Secretary of CCM (ruling party), all the Ward Political Officers and the senior Departmental Heads, he was presented with an award
“Thank God we met, this certificate shows you how much we value your contribution to Babati and we are ready to work with you on any project, Mr Julian, you are invited to change your citizenship and become Tanzanian.”
“In Babati all of the good government schools you see are thanks to Livingstone Tanzania Trust. When you see their work, you compare their primary schools with our secondary schools and they are better. Your work is very important, thank you for being the 2nd hand of the Government.”
